Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock) was born into a family of professional wrestlers on the 2nd of May in 1972. World Wrestling Entertainment is his company. He entered the wrestling ring alongside World Wrestling Ent. (W.W.E.) The titles of multiple Heavyweights that were won by Johnson. Johnson later turned his success in wrestling into a film career. He appeared in movies such as The Mummy Returns in 2001 as well as Tooth Fairy in 2010. Some other films are the HBO show Ballers and prominent roles in the Fast & Furious and Jumanji franchises and an acting voice in Disney's Moana. What can we say on the day of his birthday other than that we're happy to have an actor with the same talent as the one he is. Dwayne D.J. The Rock was raised in a wrestling-loving family, but made a name himself in the professional wrestling world. Johnson was born in California on May 2, 1972. He's the son of professional wrestler Rocky Johnson and his mother Ata. Peter Maivia was his maternal great-grandfather. He rose to the top as High chief within the world of professional wrestling during the 1960s & 1970s. Johnson spent time together with his father and mother for during a large portion of his youth and was able to watch him wrestle. Johnson was a star athlete in football while in highschool, was offered a full-scholarship to study at the University of Miami. He graduated with his bachelor of General Studies (criminology and biology) in the same year.
